A great solution if you are thinking about moving up: selling your current home to buy a new one. Great for real estate agents to quickly summarize a client's sell and buy situation.
First use the settings buttons for Sales Costs, Down Payment, Closing Costs, and Loan Payment to set up some rules for automatically computing those values based on home sale price and/or new home price.
Enter the Sale Price, the sales cost settings are applied to automatically compute the sales cost based on sale price. Enter current loan amount, and the net proceeds are computed.
Enter the new home price and the settings allow down payment and new loan amount to be computed. The new loan payment is also automatically computed using the loan payment settings.
Values are remembered next time you run the application. Quickly change your current home's sale price or the new home purchase price to see a new monthly payment.
Email the summary so you have a permanent record of the calculations.
Override automatically entered values as desired, or revert back to computed values by entering a blank value.
